1. We Build Your Initial Process Model

We start off by creating a model on the processes you wish to start with. You can start by mapping your core processes – the main steps of your operations – and easily expand the modeling as new needs emerge. We’ll build the model for you and help decide which steps to measure initially.

2. Add Your KPIs

The Operate application makes it easy to add and modify fully customized KPIs for each process stage. Define metrics for areas such as efficiency, quality, safety, and volume. You can also set thresholds for metric values - determining at which value performance is satisfactory and when perormance is in the red.

3. Start Logging Data

You’re now ready to start using the application. Assign owners to each modeled process. Both operators and supervisors can take part in issue reporting in the app on days when targets are not met.

4. Identify and Track Issue Occurrence

You’ll collect root cause data whenever targets are missed, and soon a clear understanding will emerge of the issues hindering your operations. We make it easy to identify bottlenecks by gathering very extensive issue databases for each modeled process.
